........Located in the heart of Hanoi's old quarter, near NE corner of Hoan Kiem Lake and water Puppets Theater. Lots of shopping--shoes just south of the hotel. Street food market across the street for a pho is fixed. Neat rooms, but windows look out onto wall on the lower floors. Breakfast is limited. Rooms are adequate but smallish. Free wireless web access is a plus. Several bars and restaurants are nearby.

--------I highly recommend this Hotel both to business and tourist travelers. I really had a nice stay thanks to the friendly and warm attitude of the staff. Quick check-in and check out. Internet access available at the lobby day and night for free. It is located in the heart of the old city. We will stay there again next time for sure.

---------The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter in the shoe district. The service was premier with outstanding service in every way. The room was good size and immaculate. The location is ideal for walking around the busy area of Hanoi and immersing oneself in the life of the Vietnamese people. The walk to the lake is two short blocks and the access to taxi and cyclo transportation is simple.
