We do not recommend this hotel for:
People with disabilities
--------"We stayed at this hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms, considering it is a budget hotel. Comfy bed, quiet aircon and very clean.
The only downside was the really poor TV reception.
Breakfast was adequate, although a little limited in choice.
All in all a pretty pleasant stay."

---------"I am compelled to write a review after reading the ones posted which do not really do it justice. The hotel is small and family operated. The english of the staff is limited (it is Hanoi after all) but they are friendly and helpful. The main problem experienced was a lack of internet access from the rooms. A big problem as I was there on business. I could access it from the reception area, and staff did try to help. It is not the Hilton, but clean, pleasant and well located - close to the old quarter and decent cafes etc.
The air con was an absolute MUST, and I would advise ear plugs - Hanoi never sleeps. Breakfast was good, always had plenty of fresh fruit etc. Would recommend."
