--------It was our first visit to Hanoi and the Zephyr was chosen after reading numerous reviews by previous customers. It's location is the best. It is just a stone throw away from the lake, which is the centre point of the city. We could go to many places on foot, which was just what I wanted. We stayed on the top floor. The room was fairly large, clean and bright, and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful, and I very much appreciated their help in offering to go to the local market to buy the Vietnamese speciality "gio" for me to take home to my friends and family. I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks.

----------Zephyr is a charming small hotel and very closes to the old Hanoi streets. If you like to take a stroll around the Hoa Kiem Lake which is very charming in the evening, the hotel is just a few paces away. Eating options are also nearby. Stay in the uppermost rooms, you may be able to get a side view of the lake; it’s also the quieter part of the hotel. Breakfast choices are modest and sufficient. Staffs are quite friendly. For the price I paid, I got value for money.
